In the event of an accident Angel Assistance can be contacted on 0800 854263 and they will guide you on your next steps. 

When you call you should have the following details to hand

Your vehicle details
Your motor insurance policy number
Details of any Passenger
Details of any Injured people
Details of the Accident and anyone else involved in the accident
Details of any witnesses

Alternatively if you prefer you may contact your insurance company’s claims department direct.  Details of relevant claims telephone numbers can be found in your policy documents. If you prefer you may contact First Commercial during our normal office hours and we will provide assistance with the claims procedure.

Should your vehicle be undriveable after an accident or breakdown, anywhere in the UK or Europe, Angel can arrange for a recovery operator to repair your vehicle or take it to a nearby garage. You will initially need to pay the recovery operator, but if the service was needed after a non-fault accident Angel will ensure anything paid out is reclaimed as part of your compensation claim.
